  • one can of black beans
  • just one Tahini or hummus cup
  • 1/2 lemon juice cup
  • 1 Cda. of new dill
  • a person cup of cooked brown rice
  • just one bunch of steamed kale
  • a single cdta of vegan parmesan (optional)
Directions
  • Heat the black beans in a medium saucepan about medium heat.
  • Mix the tahini, lemon juice and dill in a compact bowl until finally the consistency resembles a dressing.
  • Place a layer of cooked brown rice, black beans and kale and best with the tahini dressing. Sprinkle with Vegan Parmesan cheese and appreciate!
